Born and raised on the island and having a close relationship with all members of staff this ensures that projects are done on time and to the highest quality standards.

Citizen of Canada & Barbados, I have grown up in the construction industry and have spent almost 30 years designing properties, developing land, managing construction projects and businesses. Josée was responsible for the construction of the Limegrove Lifestyle Centre complex in Holetown, Rubis Headquarter, Houses in Barbados, Canouan, Trinidad etc…
We have executed many construction projects including commercial and residential developments and hotels. We are dedicated to the success of our projects which is one of our greatest strengths.
We are working with knowledge of the Barbados labour force and the new materials and technologies available and therefor can get the best out of the team. We are well organised and able to foresee problems.

After graduating from the University of the West Indies with a degree in Civil Engineering, Adrian joined a leading construction company in Barbados as a Junior Project Manager/Construction Manager. He quickly gained experience in a wide range of construction methodologies and project management procedures. He then went on join Blue Print Management as Project Manager, where he continues practice management procedures to successfully complete projects from initiation to closing.

Architectural Designer
Sean Armstrong is an Architectural Designer with 8 years of architectural experience at BUJ Architects London working on large scale mixed used projects and hotels. After moving back to Barbados, Sean spent 3 years at Argo Development Studio as Associate Director Studio, 2 years as project manager at Digicel Barbados and a further 3 years at Alan Armstrong Associates as Director.

Gregg holds an associate’s Degree in Building and Civil Engineering as well as certifications in Architectural Drafting.
Gregg’s portfolio of works spans across the island and many sectors of property development.
Head of legal
A graduate of the University of Warwick, England and Barrister (Grays Inn), Zarina was called to the Bar in Barbados in 1994. She has experience in conveyancing and finance having worked with several prestigious developers over the years.
